Cases

CADWAGO builds on the lessons from ongoing research cases to create a forum and dialogue between researchers and stakeholders at different scales. The lessons from the cases will be synthesized and used in the adaptation of key European policy processes and governance actions that have a global impact. The cases CADWAGO draws on are:

• Response Capacity in Extreme Flooding Events: The South East Queensland Floods (Australia) led by USC, Tim Smith, Dana Thomson
• Improving coastal governance through enhanced decision-making frameworks (Australia) led by USC, Tim Smith, Dana Thomson, Maria Melo
• Social learning systems for catchment managing and implementing the Water Framework Directive (UK) led by OU, Ray Ison, Chris Blackmore, Kevin Collins, Natalie Foster
